This cage came to us through a trade almost three years ago with the neighbors–electrical conduit stuff for a dog cage.  They had future plans to finish their basement, we had future plans to get a dog…it was a perfect exchange.

We took a trip to the pet store Friday to stock up on dog toys and other miscellany.  The way the boys were playing with every dog toy in stock, you would have thought we were in the aisles of Toys R Us.  We had a good chuckle as we walked past the doggie diapers.

The bed is homemade (I’ve moved up from jammy pants, Jackie) and ended up being less expensive than what we saw in the store.

The boys are getting this out of their system before Molly comes.  Once she’s here, they know that’s her space.  (But having them confined does give me some ideas…hmm…)
