Jack Jones And the Colorful Bears

By Jake

I made a funny comic story of a lego guy named Jack Jones and some colorful bears. And I would like to show you it.

**editorial comment:  We just finished reading this week about Joan of Arc in history class and the trials and crucifixion of Christ in bible.  Both were innocent people who were condemned and killed for crimes they didn’t commit.  As goofy as Jake’s story is, I find it interesting that the innocent man is absolved in the end.  Good triumphs over evil :)

Can you hear me okay?

Being the youngest in the family has its advantages and disadvantages.  When you’re the little guy, sometimes you need to take special measures to make yourself heard.

While Jake and Derek were working on their history quiz, Peter and Jeremy were playing cars and legos.  Jeremy needed help opening a box.  Rather than ask in his normal voice, he found a megaphone to project his voice to ensure that he would be heard.

This is what I saw as he pointed the megaphone straight at me and asked, “Mom, you open dis formee?”  The poor little guy had to wait until I was finished with my fit of giggling.
