The boys were like kids in a candy store; they had that (very) old Mac computer stripped bare in no time. Rather than throw it out, Jim let them take it apart and investigate. Even Peter joined the action.

I looked at this and started going cross-eyed. It actually gave me that really uncomfortable feeling one gets when one is in another country and can’t understand the language…

I’m happy it doesn’t conjure up those same feelings in my sons.

Then later that night, Jim and Jake put Jake’s new digital scale to good use, figuring out the density of things like water, olive oil, laundry detergent, and motor oil. Who says science can’t be fun?
