We are thankful for the hard-fought freedom that we have in America, and ultimately thankful for God’s mercy, as He has offered eternal freedom through Jesus Christ.

The Lord has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. (Isaiah 52:10)

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.(John 8:36)
