It had been a long time since we made sushi. Unfortunately for Jim and Derek, we had it for lunch on a school/work day, so they were not around to enjoy the Japanese goodness.
Well, I should say Japanese-inspired goodness. I don’t know how authentic our version of sushi is…at least it has seaweed.
Most of the fun is had in the artistic creativity. Yum!
I’m sure the sushi was good, bu not being a sushi lover, I’m glad grandparents’ day at WA fell on macaroni and cheese day :-)
